We collect information you provide directly (account information, profile data, habit data, communication preferences) and information collected automatically (device information, usage data, log data). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email and name from those services.
We use your information for: Core service delivery (account management, habit tracking, syncing), Communication (verification emails, reminders, marketing with consent), Service improvement (analytics, bug fixes), and AI features (personalized insights).
Verification and security emails are mandatory. Marketing emails require explicit opt-in consent. You can manage preferences in Settings → Email Notifications or click Unsubscribe in any email.
We never sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers (OneSignal for email, cloud hosting, analytics) under strict contractual obligations.
